Our Flagship Spring Beverages
ABV: 5.3% / IBU: 15
Knotty Pretzel Beer
A light Golden Ale with soft toasted bready notes and a touch of salt. A mix of malts were used to create the backbone for this beer. Specially roasted malts balance to create the soft toasty flavors you would expect in a pretzel.
The yeast helps to carry the soft toasted flavor and aroma giving way to a crisp and satisfying finish. Just a hint of hops and a pinch of salt combine to balance malt profile and complement the toasted pretzel flavor.
ABV: 6.1% / IBU: 60
5 Day IPA
One of our original flagship beers, 5 Day is anything but a traditional IPA. Balanced with a nice malty smoothness, the beer is then dry-hopped for a full 5 Days in the tank, resulting in an IPA bursting with citrus and piney flavors.

Wheach Peach Wheat Beer

Dad’s Scotch Oatmeal Stout
Dad’s Scotch Oatmeal Cookies are a St. Louis tradition. We have taken the key ingredients of Dad’s Scotch Oatmeal Cookies and incorporated them into a Cream Stout. This sweet Oatmeal Stout is velvety smooth with a creamy mouthfeel.
Hints of chocolate, caramel, oats, raisin and vanilla combine to create this liquid cookie.
ABV: 5.2% / IBU: 10
Vanilla Wafer Cream Ale
This medium bodied ale starts with a variety of lighter colored malts and adjuncts including pale malt and corn, which add cookie like flavor and sweetness to the beer.
Just before finishing we add cold pressed Madagascar Vanilla that ties in all of the attributes of this classic cookie.

O’Fallon Pumpkin Beer
Every season, we purchase hundreds of pounds of real fresh pumpkin to brew our beloved Pumpkin Beer as authentically as possible. The result is incredible!
We season our beer with fresh cinnamon, nutmeg & clove to give this wonderful seasonal brew it’s unmistakable “Pumpkin Pie in a Bottle” taste. This beer continues to be our most popular seasonal offering, so grab it when you see it. It won’t last long!

O’Fallon Vanilla Pumpkin Beer
Vanilla has always been a popular request, so we set out and found a Vanilla that we thought was a perfect complement to our original spice blend of Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Clove.
It is a cold pressed Madagascar Vanilla that delivers the perfect balance of Pumpkin Pie
and Ice cream in a glass.
