We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days!Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

O’Fallon Pumpkin Beer
Like pumpkin pie in a bottle...we add 136 pounds
of real pumpkin to the three-barley mash and then
season the finished beer with cinnamon, nutmeg
and cloves. Available September 1.

Cocoa Latte
We changed our Cocoa Cream Stout slightly this year by adding coffee! The base beer is a rich Cream Stout with soft, roasted, chocolate, caramel and coffee notes which we enhance with
coffee and un-Dutched natural cocoa powder
for a rich and intense balance between the two
ingredients. We also use lactose (milk sugar) to
add a subtle creamy sweetness to give the beer
its Latte characteristic. Draught only.

Rager Red
Try this medium-bodied red ale, a malty brew with hints of caramel and toasted bread. It’s smooth and balanced, with a subtle earthy and spicy flavor and aroma from the hops and peated smoked malt. It’s the perfect beer to transition from the heavy dark beers of winter to the lighter more quaffable beers of summer.
