SPRING FORWARD! SURE SIGN WHEACH IS ON ITS WAY!

IT WON’T BE LONG NOW, O’FALLON WHEACH WILL ARRIVE!
I don’t know about you but I am REALLY ready for warm
weather, sunshine, longer days and O’Fallon Wheach. Have
you tried our peach wheat beer? Brian (Owens, our head
brewer) hit the nail on the head the day he concocted this
special beer for spring and summer.
We add a touch of peach to our award-winning unfiltered
wheat beer, which took the bronze medal at the 2005 Great
American Beer Festival® in the American Hefeweizen
category. Refreshing and crisp, it’s a delicious,
thirst-quenching beer. The peach flavor blends beautifully
with the wheat malt for a smooth bright taste and a creamy
head. Light in taste and color -- a great summertime brew
-- and it will be in stores in just a few more weeks!
IN THE MEANTIME, DON’T MISS THIS YEAR’S ART, WINE AND BREWS
GALA!
One of my personal favorites, this is a fun event where you
can sip beer (and wine), sample goodies from local
restaurants, and visit with local artists. You can even
buy some art right on the spot. After all that there’s
music and dancing until it’s time to move the clocks ahead!
Of course we’ll be there with samples of our creations
(including a preview of this year’s version of O’Fallon
Wheach) along with other local brewers, vintners and chefs.
It takes place at O’Fallon City Hall and all proceeds
support the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce. For more
