MARK YOUR CALENDARS: UPCOMING BEER FESTIVALS!

Happy coldest-Friday in January (at least it is here in
O’Fallon). Best way to avoid the cold is to think warm
thoughts…about some upcoming beer festivals. Here are
three we know about (shoot me an email if you have the
scoop on any others):
ST. LOUIS PRINTERS BEER TASTING
This one benefits Tony’s men’s fast pitch baseball team and
takes place on Saturday, January 26th from 1:00 to 4:00
p.m. at the Cottleville Knights of Columbus in St. Charles
County (5701 Highway N, Cottleville). Usually a fairly
intimate gathering, this event features as many varieties
of great beer that Tony can get his hands on. Tickets are
$25 and you can buy them at the door. For more information

2008 INTERNATIONAL BEER FESTIVAL IN PEORIA
The Peoria Jaycees and Specialty Imports have been
partnering to put on this great event for a while now, and
this year’s festival is a two-day event on Friday, April
11th and Saturday April 12th. Go to the Jaycee’s website
at www.jaycees.com and click on the International Beer
Festival tab on the left. If you go, look for the O’Fallon
Brewery booth!
2008 ST. LOUIS HERITAGE BEER FESTIVAL
Last year all the brewers in the St. Louis metro area
launched this event, and it was a huge success. Planning
for 2008 is underway and we expect another great beer
festival featuring the many beers brewed in our area.
We’ll be in Forest Park again and the dates are May 9th and
10th. I’ll be sure to keep you informed as more details
become available.
