KICK OFF THE NEW YEAR WITH TWO SPECIAL EVENTS!

January 7, 2008

Goat’s Breath Bock Ale Kick Off

Join us this Thursday, January 11th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00
p.m. at Rumple’s Pub (221 North Main Street in St. Charles)
for the OFFICIAL kick-off of our re-introduction of Goat’s
Breath Bock. Enjoy great beer and food, visit with the
brewers and meet our mascot, “Cooter,” the goat! (For
real!)

The last time we launched this beer, Tony and I were
running Signature Beer Company (a small specialty beer
distributor) and our 15-year old son Lew was only two!
Much has changed since then, and Goat’s Breath Bock is even
better this time around. We brew a smooth, dark and rich
tasting beer with our house Kolsch yeast to create a “bock
ale.” Conventional German bock beers are brewed with lager
yeast, but our passion is great beer...and we love to defy
tradition every now and then!
