O’FALLON BREWERY RANKS 100 IN US!

May 30, 2007

WE’RE 100 OUT OF 357! According to the May/June issue of
The New Brewer, the O’Fallon Brewery is the 100th largest
US micro brewer -- an interesting fact which is kind of an
oxymoron in itself! The real news is that craft brewers
(including brew pubs, micro and regional breweries) grew
12% in 2006 and small packaging breweries like ours were up
16% last year. For more information please visit
www.beertown.org and click on the craftbrewing tab.

GOURMET BEER DINNER SUNDAY AT LORUSSO’S! It’s not too late
to make your reservations for LoRusso’s Beer Dinner Sunday,
June 3rd from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Take a look at the menu:
Sicilian Crab Cakes, Spring Field Greens, Roasted Quail,
Filet of Beef and White Chocolate Espresso Mousse…all
paired with your favorite O’Fallon brews. Call
314-647-6222 extension 102…cost is $50 per person plus tax
and gratuity.

WELCOME NEW STAFF! We’re growing like crazy and have some
new members of the O’Fallon Brewery family to introduce:
Derek Bean, our new sales manager, has been selling beer in
and around the St. Louis area for over 10 years. He’ll be
working with Glenn LaVeine, who has moved from the brewery
to sales along with our new sales/delivery guy (he doesn’t
even start until Monday) Charlie Berger. New to the
brewing staff is Stu Burkemper, who just graduated from
Mizzou and completed a summer internship with us last year.
Last but not least, we’ve added a front office manager to
greet brewery visitors and keep the rest of us organized
and in line. Amy Woodside has a combination of skills and
experience that will help her do just that -- wish her luck
with this crazy crowd!

That’s all for now…enjoy the summer weather with a great
beer!

Cheers!
