We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests “on top” of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish — a wonderfully drinkable IPA! Did you know that this recipe, created by our head brewer Brian, was the first locally brewed IPA in the St Louis area?

Dark, rich and smoky…this classic porter is brewed with 63% German smoked malt and makes a perfect after dinner (or anytime) sipper for those who love a “bigger” beer. Winner of the Gold Medal in the 2004 Great American Beer Festival® for best Smoked Beer in America!

This crisp clean amber lager was designed around the perfect balanced flavor of malt, hops and yeast. Hints of toasty sweetness from the roasted Crystal malts, a clean crisp lager yeast and a hop blend that adds a balanced subtle spicy citrus note define this lager as the perfect “anytime” beer.

Westport Wheat is the first new release from our new brewery. It is based on our Great American Beer Festival award-winning recipe, resurrected from the vault. Originally introduced seasonally as O’Fallon Wheat, this American-Style Wheat Beer is now a light and refreshing year-round offering. We add a hint of Cascade and German Tradition hops for a slight citrus character that balances the lighter malts in this refreshing beer. Clean and crisp, this handcrafted Unfiltered Wheat Ale is a great alternative to its light lager cousins.

The first of our rotating IPA series, Dreaded Vines showcases the flavors and aromas of Citra and Mosaic hops. This hop combination delivers of a punch of melon and citrus. The fruity notes balance perfectly with the light malt profile, making Dreaded Vines clean, crisp, and full of juicy flavors.

Don’t be fooled by mere pumpkin flavor… This is the real McCoy! We use soooo much real pumpkin in our mash that it adds hours to the lauter. But the result is incredible. We season our beer with fresh cinnamon, nutmeg and clove to give this wonderful seasonal beer its uncanny “Pumpkin Pie in a Bottle” taste. This beer continues to be our most popular seasonal offering so we know it won’t last long.

We decided to add some locally produced cold-pressed Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla to our most popular seasonal– O’Fallon Pumpkin. The vanilla adds another layer of flavor to the “pumpkin pie” theme of this amber ale and balances well with the cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. It tastes like a slice of pumpkin pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it!

Dad’s Scotch Oatmeal cookies are a St. Louis tradition. We have taken the key ingredients in Dad’s Scotch Oatmeal cookies and incorporated them into an Oatmeal Cream Stout. This stout is velvety smooth with a creamy mouthfeel. Hints of chocolate, cinnamon, caramel, oat, raisin, and vanilla combine to create this liquid cookie.
