O'Fallon Brewery
At the O'Fallon Brewery we are passionate about making beer and we work hard to brew beers that look good, smell good and taste good! Ours is a small manufacturing brewery located in St. Charles County, just north and west of St. Louis, Missouri. Founded in January, 2000 by Fran and Tony Caradonna, the O'Fallon Brewery currently employs eight full-time. In 2009 we brewed around 4,100 barrels of beer...equivalent to about 57,000 cases.
Our 15-barrel brewhouse in O'Fallon produces small batches of beer that take about two weeks from brew-day to packaging-day. We produce all of our draft beer in O'Fallon, hand-filling each keg. In addition we have a second brewers permit for a facility in Wisconsin where we are licensed to share the 100-barrel brewhouse and high-speed bottling line at Stevens Point Brewery. We work together with the professional brewing and packing staff there to produce all of our bottled beer according to the same recipes and brewing standards as we do in O'Fallon.
We brew five "everyday" beers, O’Fallon Hemp Hop Rye, O’Fallon 5-Day IPA, O'Fallon Gold, O'Fallon Wheat and O'Fallon Smoked Porter. O’Fallon Unfiltered Wheat took the Bronze Medal in 2005 and O’Fallon Smoked Porter won a Gold Medal in 2004 at the Great American Beer Festival®!
For fun we make a seasonal beer for each of the four major seasons: O'Fallon Cherry Chocolate for winter, Goat's Breath Bock Ale for spring, O'Fallon Wheach (peach-wheat) for summer, and O'Fallon Pumpkin Beer for the fall. Recently we've tried aging our award-winning Smoked Porter in Whiskey Barrels with fabulous results. And we have just launched our Brewer’s Stash Series of special release beers featuring (most recently) O’Fallon Wee Heavy Scottish Ale.
We sell our beer to distributors in Missouri, Alabama, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
